Retek Ltd. is a legal entity funded by 100% private capital, incorporated in 2012 in Sofia, Bulgaria Our operations have been expanded over the following major fields of business: - Recycling of technical ceramics, refractory maerials and graphite scrap; - Sales of ferrous and nonferrous metals and ferro-alloys; - Sales of graphite products; - Sales of consumables for crushers; - Sales of metalurgical equipment; - Sales of refractory maerials; - Sales of raw materials for refractory materials and technical ceramics; - Collection, transportation, sorting, recycling and recovery of old and fresh graphite scrap and refractory scrap, generated by metallurgical industry, have emerged in recent years as a leading field of business. Retek Ltd. is a holder of Resolution No. 12 RD-1110-00 of September 9th, 2013 by the Director of Regional Inspectorate of Envoironment and Water in Sofia under Article 35 of the Waste Management Act, whereby the Company is registered to collect and transport non-ferrous waste. Retek Ltd. is a holder of Resolution No. 12 RD-1000-00 of March 6th, 2013 by the Director of Regional Inspectorate of Envoironment and Water in Sofia under Article 35 of the Waste Management Act, whereby the Company is registered to operate a temporary storage and pre-treatment of non-ferous waste to waste sites. In 2013 the Company introduced integrated quality management according to the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 for which the company is holding a certificate. Certification under the international quality control system, which together with our well organized quality control management is a guarantee for the quality of the company products.
